PRINCIPAL PARTNER

Francisca Oluremi Dawodu is the Principal Partner of F.O. Dawodu LP, where she leads the firm’s practice across energy, corporate advisory, real estate, and private client services. She is a Nigerian-qualified legal practitioner with international academic training and over 15 years of legal experience advising clients on complex legal and commercial matters.

Francisca has developed a strong reputation for delivering strategic, commercially-focused legal solutions across key sectors of the Nigerian economy, including oil and gas, corporate transactions, real estate, and dispute resolution.

Her expertise spans regulatory advisory, contract drafting and negotiation, private equity transactions, and litigation before superior courts of record in Nigeria, including the High Court, Federal High Court, and Court of Appeal. She has significant experience advising on oil and gas transactions and has contributed to legal thought leadership through published works in the energy sector.

Francisca holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Oil & Gas Law/Management from Robert Gordon University, Scotland, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of East London. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. Our Principal Partner is an Alumni of Queens College, Yaba, Lagos State

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Dr. Bosede Ayodeji Dawodu is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career spanning security leadership, business administration, legal advisory, and social development. She serves as Business Development Consultant to F.O. Dawodu LP, where she provides strategic guidance on client engagement, institutional partnerships, and growth initiatives.

A retired Deputy Commissioner of Police with the Nigeria Police Force, Dr. Bose Dawodu brings over three decades of leadership experience in public service, including operational command, security strategy, and inter-agency collaboration. Her career includes participation in international assignments, notably a United Nations peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.

In addition to her security background, Dr. Bose Dawodu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), equipping her with a multidisciplinary perspective on governance, business, and legal systems.

She is also an accomplished humanitarian and founder of a non-governmental organization focused on social welfare, women empowerment, and community development. Through her work, she has led impactful initiatives supporting vulnerable groups and promoting entrepreneurship.
